Bogor – Fifteen students from the University of Sydney, Australia visited Indonesian Center for Agricultural Land Resources Research and Development (ICALRRD), Indonesian Ministry of Agriculture to learn more and had discussions on Indonesian land and agriculture sector.

 “These students are sponsored by Colombo Plan. They wanted to know more about Indonesian land, agriculture, and supporting aspects. Most of the students are studying agriculture and agribusiness, biology, as well as environmental science,” said Budiman from ICALRRD, Friday (28/6/2019).

On the occasion, the students were also introduced to Indonesian rice field agroecosystem and observed the paddy field around Bogor. They studied the profile of the field in Indonesia especially Bogor which are quite different from Australia.
